Your creative input and feedback through the design process is always welcome, we'll work together to reach your design goals. Along with your personal Client Area on our website, e-mail updates will keep you informed about the
status of your project and any design approvals or revisions. Real-time chat with the designer of your project is available on request for instant feedback and design ideas.
With every project given high priority you can expect a fast turn-around as well. It's like having your own in-house design firm!
The Client Area(accessible from anywhere) is devoted to your project giving you a complete review process with side-by-side versions for design approvals and revisions. Maybe you changed your mind and decide you liked an earlier version
design? No problem, go back to any version you like and we'll go from there.
Once your project has been completed and payment received, your finished project file(s) will be archived in ZIP format(for windows and mac) then uploaded to your Client Area for immediate download. Optionally an archival quality disc can be made
and shipped to the address you specify. Your project file(s) will remain in your Client Area(which won't expire) after completion and will be backed up on our local servers and on disc. Should you ever have a hard disk failure or
other catastrophe your files are always available at your fingertips 24/7.
